Your immigration situation is unique. You need an attorney who will take a genuine interest in your story and provide a personalized experience. Henry Morchak is that attorney.
Henry obtained his undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College before attending Cleveland Marshall College of Law. In law school, Henry’s passion for immigration law drove him to many academic successes, such as winning a Board of Immigration Appeals for a pro bono project through Cleveland State University. While attending, Henry also gained experience as an extern and law clerk with the Department of Homeland Security and private attorneys. This work in immigration law both grew his knowledge and validated his career choice – through the stories and spirit Henry witnessed, he realized he wanted to be a part of the much needed change in immigration law.
After graduating with his law degree from Cleveland Marshall, Henry once again worked with a private attorney while preparing to open his own law firm. He then started volunteering at Asian Services In Action (ASIA). After 6 months of volunteering, Henry was hired as a part-time staff attorney for immigration services in the organization’s legal department. His work with ASIA has only driven his passion for immigration law further.
"Immigration has fascinated me from a very young age. I grew up with and become close, lifelong friends with a few immigrants. After learning of their struggles and horror stories, I developed a deep understanding of and admiration for immigrants. I love to hear personal stories and learn more about each person’s drive and desire for immigration to the United States. Those stories keep me passionate about what I do.”
Henry has an overall love, fascination, and admiration for his craft and the people he’s met along the way. It is important to choose an attorney who understands your needs and will fight for you, and Henry Morchak is that attorney. Contact him today to schedule a meeting!
